Process

Step 1
You can search our online database to find the businesses that meet your specifications. You’ll find it easy to organise by business type, price and location. Contact us if you’d like to know more or to be included on our mailing list for upcoming properties.

Step 2
When you’re ready, call us to arrange a viewing. Like all brokers it’s likely we’ll ask you to fill in a non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect the sellers confidentiality. Don’t be surprised too if we make enquiries regarding funding – this again is normal practice and gives you the advantage being taken more seriously by the seller.
Our experienced sales negotiators can provide specific knowledge of the business – ask as many questions as you like and they’ll do all they can to provide the right information for your needs and arrange a convenient time for viewing.

Step 3
If you’re not ready to make an offer yet or the business isn’t right for you then let us know and we’ll endeavour to find one that is.

If you are ready then don’t forget you can make an offer subject to contract and due diligence. There is no obligation until completion although you will need to show that finances are in place for your offer to be accepted and the purchase to proceed.

Once you’re offer has been accepted you’ll receive regular updates on the progress of the sale. We’ll let you know about key developments as they happen for peace-of-mind and reassurance.
